A company in Haifa is seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead to manage a medium-sized development team responsible for a new image-processing product.

  • Lead a software development team responsible for developing a new image-processing product.
  • Provide effective technical solutions for project needs.
  • Define, plan, and implement software design and architecture for complex systems.
  • Allocate tasks effectively to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage the project work plan.

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of proven experience managing a medium-sized software development team of 3–5 developers.
  • Experience developing in C++ on Linux using ARM architecture.
  • Experience defining, planning, and implementing software architecture for complex distributed and multidisciplinary systems.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, present design and architecture deliverables, and participate in technical reviews.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and with DevOps tools.

  • Experience with GIS and/or video systems.
