  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of software developers
  • Own the team's technical and professional delivery
  • Plan and lead work programs and sprints
  • Track project objectives and delivery commitments
  • Develop complex systems hands-on using C# and WPF
  • Maintain code quality and resolve complex real-time system issues
  • Collaborate with the Development Manager, technical leads, and architects

דרישות

  • At least 1 year of experience as a software team leader
  • At least 4 years of experience developing in C# and WPF
  • Strong hands-on development capabilities
  • Deep understanding of complex system architecture
  • Experience with real-time systems, debugging, and complex problem solving
  • Strong systems thinking, interpersonal, and leadership skills
