- Own and oversee development of a business-critical decision engine area while maintaining service-level agreements and long-term quality
- Guide senior and Staff+ engineers in planning and executing projects with significant technical, product, and investment risks
- Help engineers develop a strong understanding of business value and focus innovation on high-impact opportunities
- Shape the roadmap by balancing product-led and engineering-led initiatives, ROI, and risk
- Develop the engine’s capabilities, APIs, and agentic customer interfaces
- Set direction for the engine product space and its ongoing innovation
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience managing business-critical teams
- Previous experience as a Staff+ Engineer or Tech Lead
- Experience overseeing large projects with technical or business risks
- Experience working in high-scale, performance-critical environments with demanding SLAs
