  • Attract, develop, and retain high-performing engineers.
  • Translate complex business problems into clean, scalable technical solutions.
  • Embed AI into engineering development and delivery processes.

דרישות

  • Experience scaling high-performing engineering organizations during periods of rapid growth.
  • Track record of improving engineering delivery and quality.
  • Experience working in a product-led environment with close engineering and product collaboration.
  • Strong communication, feedback, accountability, and trust-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Willingness to work in an office environment most days of the week.
