Lead the professional and administrative management of an antenna engineering team developing advanced antenna and antenna-array technologies for airborne communication, navigation, and radar systems.

- Lead and mentor an antenna engineering team, including goal setting, employee development, and resource planning
- Lead the development of antennas and antenna arrays for airborne communication, navigation, and radar systems
- Manage the full development lifecycle from requirements definition and design through prototyping, laboratory testing, and range testing
- Perform advanced electromagnetic analyses using tools such as CST and MATLAB
- Conduct system-level link-budget calculations
- Plan and control project schedules, milestones, and deliveries
- Write technical specifications and statements of work
- Collaborate with systems, mechanical engineering, quality, and procurement teams
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
דרישות
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in antennas or RF
- At least 5 years of experience developing antennas
- At least 4 years of management or technical leadership experience
- Experience presenting technical data to stakeholders and customers
- Experience designing and implementing airborne antennas for data links, flight termination, and telemetry
- Proven experience performing antenna-range measurements and analyzing measurement results
- Strong proficiency with electromagnetic modeling and simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, or FEKO
- Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities
