Lead the technical development of new military navigation-system projects and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams working across hardware, RF, software, FPGA, algorithms, signal processing, antennas, ASIC/MMIC, and AI.

  • Lead the development of new navigation-system projects
  • Study emerging technical areas and identify external partners or subcontractors for new capability development
  • Support the formation of development teams
  • Introduce new development processes and working methods
  • Work toward delivery schedules and high-quality development outputs
  • Report to the CTO

דרישות

  • A degree in electrical engineering or physics
  • At least 5 years of experience as a technical lead, systems engineer, or project manager for complex development projects
  • Background in developing military systems
  • Strong analytical ability and deep technical understanding
  • Knowledge of hardware and software or algorithms
  • Ability to independently learn complex subjects
  • Good English proficiency
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage teams
