Lead a digital delivery department responsible for developing, integrating, operating, and continuously improving digital solutions for customers, agents, and internal stakeholders.

- Lead a digital delivery department comprising project managers, developers, systems analysts, and system administrators
- Own end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, quality control, and production releases
- Maintain the reliability and availability of digital production systems, including incident monitoring and resolution
- Improve delivery processes and coordinate development with operations through DevOps practices
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Prioritize team work according to business strategy and the organizational roadmap
- Build and execute the annual work plan
- Drive innovation and evaluate relevant technologies and upgrades
- Manage external vendors, budgets, and procurement for digital systems
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience managing a digital development or delivery department in a large organization
- Proven experience managing development with Angular, modern web technologies, .NET Core backend, APIs, and microservices
- Deep understanding of web architectures and complex systems across on-premises and cloud environments
- Significant experience managing production systems and providing production support
- Experience translating business needs into technical development requirements
- Experience managing budgets and external vendors
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, including motivating employees and managers

- Experience in insurance or financial services
- Experience with complex web applications, agent portals, and self-service solutions
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL databases
