Lead a full-stack engineering team from planning through production, guiding technical decisions, delivery, and team development while partnering with product managers and stakeholders.

- Lead software project planning, execution, and delivery; set priorities and timelines and resolve technical obstacles.
- Guide technical decisions and balance delivery speed with architecture, clean code, usability, and maintainability.
- Develop engineers and foster technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
- Own engineering recruitment and build a team suited to current and future needs.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to align technical plans, priorities, scope, and outcomes.
דרישות
- At least 8 years of hands-on web engineering experience, including 4 or more years in engineering management.
- Strong backend development expertise; Node.js or Kotlin experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to address complex technical challenges and support engineers’ growth.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and stakeholder groups.
