Lead the development function for a growing company building complex web and GIS platforms. This hands-on role combines technical leadership, architecture, delivery ownership, people management, and influence over the technology roadmap.

- Lead and mentor full-stack developers in Israel and offshore locations
- Own planning, estimation, prioritization, and delivery
- Conduct code reviews and remain engaged with implementation
- Lead architecture and key technical decisions
- Improve development processes, engineering standards, and CI/CD
- Work with cloud infrastructure, Docker, and production environments
- Drive performance and scalability in complex, data-intensive systems
- Translate business and operational needs into practical technical solutions
- Work with the CEO and senior management on the technology roadmap
- Influence future products, product development, and AI adoption
דרישות
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Development Manager
- Strong hands-on software development background
- Experience with full-stack web systems and software architecture
- Experience working with offshore development teams
- Good understanding of cloud environments, Docker, CI/CD, and production systems
- Demonstrated ownership of estimation, timelines, prioritization, and delivery
- Ability to review code, challenge technical decisions, and support developers hands-on
- High-level English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
יתרון
- React and TypeScript experience
- Node.js or Python experience
- Docker and CI/CD experience
- Experience with complex or data-intensive systems
- GIS experience with tools such as GeoServer, PostGIS, OpenLayers, ESRI, or ArcGIS
