Lead a team developing endpoint agent software for Windows and Linux systems in a cybersecurity environment. This is a hands-on role involving C++ development, technical leadership, and collaboration across engineering and research teams.

  • Lead the team responsible for the Windows and Linux endpoint product.
  • Mentor engineers, support team growth, and promote technical excellence.
  • Design and develop robust, high-performance production software in C++.
  • Collaborate with backend, frontend, research, and other engineering teams.
  • Define and execute the technical roadmap for scalability, developer productivity, and rapid iteration.
  • Participate in code reviews focused on design, quality, and engineering standards.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of endpoint development experience in cybersecurity.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and mentoring engineers.
  • Fluency in C++11 or later.
  • Deep understanding of operating system concepts.
  • Strong debugging skills.
  • Experience conducting design- and quality-focused code reviews.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
