- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align R&D initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Drive the deployment of machine learning models into production in close collaboration with data teams.

- Significant experience managing teams of 5+ engineers while remaining hands-on with technology.
- Deep expertise in Java, React/Angular, and large-scale real-time systems.
- Proven track record of working with data teams to deploy ML/DL models.
- Production-level experience with agentic coding tools, MCPs, AI adoption and governance.
- Ability to lead roadmap delivery with minimal documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for learning.
- Highly effective, delivery-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
