- Lead the company’s engineering and project execution function and oversee projects from requirements development and initiation through construction and commercial operation.
- Manage, mentor, and develop project managers and engineers; establish working procedures, schedules, priorities, and plans for project execution.
- Address site challenges and manage change orders to reduce contractual deviations.
- Lead engineering and technology aspects of procurement, including EPC and O&M agreements with contractors and equipment suppliers.
- Manage project budgets, assess feasibility, optimize costs, and integrate appropriate technologies.
- Provide engineering support to company departments and end customers throughout project stages.
- Lead strategic projects and cross-functional processes, resolving on-site issues in real time.
- Coordinate with relevant regulatory bodies on engineering matters.
- Oversee work plans and execution progress.
דרישות
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized academic institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy, focused on engineering and project management.
- Extensive proven experience with high- and low-voltage energy storage projects.
- At least 2–3 years of direct people-management experience.
- Proven experience leading procurement processes, preparing technical specifications, and closing execution and maintenance contracts with suppliers and contractors.
- Strong knowledge of relevant sector regulations, technical standards, safety procedures, and distribution-operator requirements.
- Ability to travel throughout the country.
