Lead an analog mixed-signal SerDes layout organization in Israel, managing engineers and first-line managers while owning execution, quality, and team development.

- Lead and develop layout engineers and first-line managers.
- Own analog mixed-signal SerDes layout execution.
- Coordinate with circuit designers, physical design engineers, and program managers on schedules, priorities, and quality targets.
- Drive continuous productivity and quality improvements.
- Plan headcount and manage performance reviews and career development for direct and indirect reports.
- Represent the layout team in technical and program reviews.
- Report status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
דרישות
- At least 10 years of experience in layout, circuit design, physical design, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing individual contributors, team leads, and managers.
- Experience managing program execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence engineering, program management, and senior leadership.
- Willingness to work in Israel; the primary location is Jerusalem, with Haifa also listed.
