Provide operational and maintenance support for industrial and residential refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, as well as office telephony and communications networks.

- Maintain and troubleshoot chillers, VRF systems, split refrigeration systems, and other cooling and air-conditioning equipment.
- Provide support for office telephony and communications networks.
- Supervise field contractors carrying out air-conditioning and refrigeration work.
- Document maintenance, system changes, and upgrades in internal maintenance systems.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

- Willingness to work nonstandard hours and respond to emergency call-outs.
