- Develop and update compliance, KYC, and anti-money laundering policies and procedures
- Support customer onboarding and conduct due diligence reviews
- Write and edit procedures, policy documents, and professional opinions
- Assess gaps against regulatory requirements and develop implementation plans
- Support the implementation of regulatory requirements in digital systems and processes
- Prepare professional materials for management, board, and risk committee discussions
- Work with Israeli financial regulators, including the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority, the Israel Securities Authority, and the Bank of Israel
- Collaborate with business, legal, and technology stakeholders across group companies
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement them across group activities
דרישות
- Academic degree in law, accounting, or another relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance and/or anti-money laundering within a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of Israeli anti-money laundering legislation, related orders, and relevant financial regulations
- Experience writing procedures, policy documents, and professional opinions
- Technological aptitude and the ability to understand, define, and implement regulatory requirements in digital systems and processes
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and processes concurrently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy, thoroughness, personal accountability, and effective collaboration across functions
יתרון
- Experience in a public company or multi-company financial group
- Experience working with the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority, the Israel Securities Authority, or the Bank of Israel
- Experience in non-bank credit, financing, payments, or fintech companies
- Experience preparing and presenting compliance topics to management, boards, or professional committees
- Experience leading technology projects or implementing compliance and regulatory systems
