Lead the internal IT function in Tel Aviv, managing a technical team and developing autonomous employee experiences through AI-powered systems, automations, and internal tools.

- Build and execute autonomous employee experiences across the employee lifecycle, workplace technology, and technical support.
- Manage and develop a team of IT Solutionists.
- Identify, prioritize, and frame high-impact AI and automation opportunities with leadership.
- Use problem decomposition and system design to create plans and recommendations from incomplete ideas.
- Prototype and build automations, agents, workflows, and internal tools.
- Lead cross-functional AI initiatives from discovery through rollout, adoption, and impact measurement.
- Own the local technology experience, including networks, audiovisual systems, managed service providers, vendors, budgets, AI governance, and Security partnerships.
- Ensure internal solutions integrate coherently with broader agentic systems and employee experiences.

- At least 7 years of experience in IT engineering, internal products, automation, business systems, technical operations, or related roles.
- At least 3 years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
- Strong ability to decompose and solve ambiguous business problems.
- Technical credibility when partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Security teams.
- Strong understanding of AI, APIs, data flows, integrations, MCPs, security, and scalable system design.
- Experience with Claude, Cursor, Workato, or comparable platforms.
- Ability to prototype with Python, TypeScript, Ruby, or comparable languages.
- Strong communication and upward-management skills.
- Track record of setting direction, developing people, and delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Willingness to work in an office most days of the week.
