Lead end-to-end CRM and ERP implementation projects in a full-time hybrid role based in Central Israel. Own requirements gathering, solution definition, delivery, stakeholder coordination, testing, go-live, and ongoing support.

  • Lead CRM projects from planning and initial setup through implementation and go-live.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Write functional specifications and define project scope, processes, and deliverables.
  • Manage timelines, tasks, stakeholders, development teams, testing, implementation, and go-live activities.
  • Present solutions, project progress, and deliverables to customers and key stakeholders.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of CRM or ERP implementation experience.
  • Proven project management experience, including leading projects from initial setup.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
