Join the Finance Systems team to administer, optimize, and scale the NetSuite ERP environment while supporting accounting processes, integrations, automation, and global stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

- Administer, maintain, and optimize NetSuite for stability, performance, security, and scalability
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders to improve processes, controls, and system utilization
- Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions
- Support implementation and enhancement initiatives, including data migration, conversion, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization
- Maintain integrations across the finance technology ecosystem, particularly Salesforce and other business applications
- Automate and improve month-end close, financial reporting, and operational finance processes
- Troubleshoot system issues, support end users, maintain documentation, and collaborate across regions and time zones
דרישות
- Hands-on experience administering NetSuite, including configuration, workflows, saved searches, reporting, dashboards, roles, and permissions
- Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, and month-end close processes
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, system enhancements, integrations, and data migration or conversion
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and quote-to-cash or finance processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
יתרון
- CPA certification or a degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in a SOX-compliant environment or with publicly traded or SaaS companies
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, AI-enabled tools, FP&A platforms, budgeting, forecasting, planning, or other finance technology applications
