Build and optimize a live mobile game using Unity and C#. This hands-on role owns gameplay features from planning through release and contributes to architecture and technical decisions. The position is currently volunteer as the team works toward closing its funding round.

- Write production-ready code, implement gameplay features, debug issues, and improve existing systems
- Own and improve Unity codebase architecture for scalability and maintainability
- Build and optimize mobile gameplay systems, UI, progression features, and mechanics
- Make technical decisions about architecture, performance, tools, and implementation
- Review code and uphold development standards
- Collaborate with game design, product, UX/UI, and development teammates to deliver polished gameplay
- Own features from technical planning through implementation, testing, and release
- Improve performance, stability, responsiveness, and memory efficiency across mobile devices
דרישות
- Strong proficiency in Unity and C#
- Proven hands-on experience shipping commercial mobile games
- Experience with live or production mobile games and owning complex gameplay features end to end
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and maintainable code
- Experience optimizing performance, memory use, profiling, and debugging on mobile devices
- Experience implementing gameplay systems, UI, animations, and mechanics in Unity
- Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows

- Familiarity with networking and multiplayer systems
- Experience with multiplayer, PvP, casual, or hybrid-casual mobile games
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
