A global technology company is seeking a detail-oriented Commission Analyst to support recurring sales compensation cycles, ensuring accurate data, timely calculations, compliant adjustments, and correct payouts.

- Collaborate on commission calculations and payout processing
- Maintain data accuracy and policy compliance
- Synchronize source data and generate reports
- Process account and contract changes
- Implement approved compensation adjustments and exceptions
- Quality-check calculations and review payroll files before sign-off
- Prepare and validate data for commission-cycle close
- Partner with Revenue Operations on completeness checks
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience in commission processing, finance operations, or revenue operations
- Experience with sales compensation or incentive plan administration
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, detailed datasets
- High attention to detail and ownership of recurring, deadline-driven processes
- Service-oriented approach with experience supporting internal or external stakeholders
- Ability to organize and prioritize work during peak month-end and quarter-end periods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in AI tools and data automation

- Understanding of SaaS models and annual recurring revenue mechanics
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
