Lead financial planning, reporting, analysis, and control activities for Israel operations while partnering with regional finance and business stakeholders. The role is based in Kfar Saba, Israel, and may involve 5–10% international travel.

- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across Israel, regional, and market activities
- Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Analyze business results, trends, and financial drivers for decision-making
- Partner with regional finance teams to standardize reporting and improve processes
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Apply financial controls, governance standards, and ethical principles
- Respond to ad hoc financial requests
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Typically 5–8 years of relevant finance experience
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong financial analysis and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems or reporting tools
- English proficiency
- Authorization to work in Israel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
יתרון
- Master’s degree or MBA in finance or business
- Experience supporting senior commercial business partners
- Multinational business experience
- Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
- ERP experience, such as SAP
- Financial reporting tools experience
- CPA, ACCA, or similar certification
- Hebrew or additional European or EMEA languages
