תחומי אחריות

  • Advise funds and leading companies on complex tax matters.
  • Support transactions, restructurings, and international deals.
  • Participate in tax assessment proceedings, including discussions with the Israel Tax Authority.
  • Provide ongoing tax support to companies.
  • Submit tax ruling requests and liaise with the Israel Tax Authority’s professional department.

דרישות

  • Law degree and/or accounting qualification.
  • Previous experience in taxation.
  • High-level English.
  • Strong motivation to join a leading specialist team.
