Senior Financial Controller

Lead group financial reporting, tax compliance, audits, accounting operations, budgeting, and internal controls for a multinational fintech organization. The role is based in Tel Aviv and requires travel to the Haifa headquarters approximately once a week, with flexibility as needed.

- Lead timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Manage external audits and financial statement preparation
- Implement and maintain accounting and finance systems and internal controls
- Support subsidiaries and local finance teams with guidance and reporting
- Oversee accounting system entries and day-to-day finance operations
- Manage accounts payable, cash flow, banking transactions, and subsidiary bank accounts
- Manage tax calculations, provisions, payments, VAT reconciliation, and VAT reporting
- Prepare budget-versus-actual analyses
- Manage headquarters reporting packages and intercompany calculations
- Review subsidiary capital adequacy ratios
- Oversee group-level signatory rights
- Review financial statements under IFRS
- Support new operations, regulatory requirements, and process initiatives
- Partner with business units affecting financial reporting
דרישות
- CPA qualification
- Three to four years of experience as a controller of a public company
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Advanced NetSuite knowledge
- Strong written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel to the Haifa headquarters approximately once a week
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
