A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Financial Accountant to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while working with group leadership and international stakeholders. The role is full-time and hybrid, with one fixed work-from-home day per week.

תחומי אחריות

  • Manage and prepare the company’s financial statements
  • Work with external auditors
  • Manage budgetary control and variance analysis
  • Participate in annual budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Report to and work with the group CFO
  • Coordinate with departments and stakeholders in Israel and abroad
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports, analyses, and calculations to management
  • Support financial processes and business decision-making at company and group level

דרישות

  • CPA license required
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or economics
  • 3–5 years of experience as an accountant in a global company
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
  • Experience working in an international environment with multiple entities and currencies
  • Very high-level English proficiency
  • Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills, accuracy, independence, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
