Lead global accounting and finance operations across a complex, international pharmaceutical organization in Israel. Oversee teams, reporting, compliance, controls, and scalable process improvements across multiple subsidiaries and jurisdictions.

  • Lead accounting, compliance, payroll, and financial reporting across global subsidiaries
  • Manage and develop accounting professionals and regional finance leaders across geographies
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Ensure statutory reporting, tax filings, and local regulatory compliance
  • Maintain alignment with IFRS and group accounting policies
  • Support consolidation, corporate reporting, audits, and group-level reporting
  • Standardize accounting processes and reporting practices across regions
  • Strengthen internal controls, SOX compliance, and finance governance
  • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Partner with FP&A and other finance functions to improve systems and data integrity
  • Represent global accounting in cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives

דרישות

  • CPA or equivalent finance or accounting qualification
  • At least 15 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
  • Experience at Finance Director, VP Finance, Senior Controller, or equivalent leadership level in a complex international business
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP, consolidation, statutory reporting, audits, controls, and global finance governance
  • Experience working across multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction, and matrixed environments
  • Experience leading accounting or finance operations in a global, multi-entity organization
