A physical AI company developing autonomous robotic systems is seeking a bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations in a fast-paced finance team.

תחומי אחריות

  • Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger
  • Process supplier invoices, execute payments, and manage outstanding debts
  • Issue customer invoices and track revenue accurately
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Bookkeeping certification, type 1+2
  • Hands-on experience with Priority ERP
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
