Reconciliation Analyst

Join a global reconciliation team in Tel Aviv to oversee financial reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, support audits, manage debt tracking, and improve finance processes.
תחומי אחריות
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for cash flow, driver pay, debt, acquirer fees and invoices, and bank accounts
- Identify discrepancies, uncollected funds, and anomalies and coordinate their resolution with banks, acquirers, and internal teams
- Support quarterly external audits by providing data and responding to queries
- Perform department-level end-of-month checks
- Validate uncollected amounts, provide figures for financial postings, and track monthly debt collection
- Identify process bottlenecks and knowledge gaps and support automation initiatives
דרישות
- 2–4 years of experience in finance, reconciliation, or accounting
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables
- Ability to reconcile complex datasets and investigate discrepancies
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple systems and meet tight deadlines
