Join a hospitality technology SaaS company as an entry-level finance specialist supporting financial operations across Israel and the United States. The role focuses on billing, collections, reconciliations, payables, procurement, vendor management, and operational coordination.

תחומי אחריות

  • Issue accurate customer invoices and respond to billing inquiries.
  • Own accounts receivable collections, follow up on overdue payments, and identify collection risks.
  • Reconcile Stripe and bank payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
  • Coordinate with sales, customer success, and account management teams to resolve payment issues.
  • Track, analyze, and report on collections and accounts receivable performance.
  • Resolve customer payment discrepancies and disputes.
  • Support accounts payable, procurement, and vendor management across Israel and the United States.
  • Coordinate facilities and operational activities across both sites.
  • Improve billing, collections, and finance operations processes.

דרישות

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or business administration, or currently completing one.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong numerical, reconciliation, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to handle sensitive financial information discreetly.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

יתרון

  • Experience with Stripe or other billing and payment systems.
  • Current progress toward a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to work across Israel and US time zones.
