A growing online marketplace company is seeking a customer accounts bookkeeper for a full-time position in Petah Tikva. The role involves receipts, credits, customer account reconciliations, balance checks, and coordination with internal teams and customers.

  • Issue receipts and credit notes.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and review balances.
  • Maintain customer ledgers and handle ongoing accounts receivable bookkeeping.
  • Coordinate directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Complete routine customer accounting tasks.

דרישות

  • Accounting bookkeeping certificate.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organization and accuracy.
  • Responsibility and a service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multitask environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

יתרון

  • Experience in customer accounts bookkeeping.
  • Experience using NetSuite.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable bookkeeping.
