A global manufacturing company is seeking an International Subsidiaries Controller for its Group Finance team. The role is based on-site in Israel and reports to the Group International Finance Manager.

תחומי אחריות

  • Review and analyze monthly reporting packages from group companies.
  • Develop and perform financial controls covering receivables, payables, inventory, payroll, accounting policies, and bookkeeping.
  • Monitor cash flow, credit facilities, banking activities, and supplier payments.
  • Prepare and present management reports.
  • Conduct profitability analysis and support budgeting and budget control.
  • Prepare and review annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Work with local tax advisors and external auditors.
  • Support M&A transactions and post-acquisition financial integration.
  • Coordinate with finance teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.

דרישות

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • At least 3 years of post-internship or post-qualification experience.
  • Experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a global company.
  • Experience working with overseas subsidiaries.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing companies.
  • Experience with consolidated financial statements.
  • Knowledge of international taxation and transfer pricing.
  • Experience with Priority ERP, BI systems, or group reporting platforms.
  • Experience supporting finance teams across multiple countries.
