A company-building platform is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to support finance operations across portfolio companies and partner with founders from company formation through growth.

תחומי אחריות

  • Establish and support financial infrastructure for portfolio companies.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor budget-to-actual performance.
  • Produce financial reports and variance analyses for founders and management.
  • Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements.
  • Oversee cash flow, payments, and related processes.
  • Ensure compliance and timely tax reporting in Israel and the United States.
  • Support budget planning, debt strategy, and financing readiness.
  • Advise CEOs and management teams on financial matters and strategic decisions.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Coordinate external audits and manage auditor relationships.
  • Improve and automate finance processes and systems.

דרישות

  • C.P.A. qualification.
  • At least two years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller.
  • Experience auditing global high-tech companies, working in high-growth startups, or working in venture capital.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience managing multiple legal entities under different legal structures.
  • Strong analytical, project leadership, communication, and financial presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated professional and academic success.
