A large telecommunications organization is seeking a Financial Controller to lead corporate accounting, financial reporting, controls, tax coordination, and the accounting department. The role is based in Kfar Saba and is full-time, with overtime as needed.

  • Own the organization’s financial reporting and periodic reports for senior management.
  • Manage processes and controls related to financial reporting, including ISOX controls.
  • Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and group companies.
  • Coordinate with tax authorities and address ongoing tax matters.
  • Manage the accounting department team.
  • Lead complex processes and projects across multiple business and organizational interfaces.
  • Coordinate with information systems, vendors, and business stakeholders across multiple processes and systems.

דרישות

  • Certified public accountant qualification is required.
  • At least five years of management experience in a large organization, preferably as a Financial Controller or Assistant Controller.
  • Experience managing projects involving information systems, vendors, complex processes, and multiple interfaces.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of information systems and ERP platforms.
  • Strong ability to work independently across numerous organizational interfaces.

  • Experience in a public company or a material subsidiary of a public company.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector.
  • Experience with SAP.
