A growing SaaS company in Tel Aviv is hiring a Financial Controller to own multi-entity accounting, financial close, reporting, controls, and compliance.

תחומי אחריות

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Own accounting activities across multiple subsidiaries from daily operations through closing and reporting.
  • Build and improve accounting processes, controls, and workflows.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and consolidations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors on audit and compliance activities.
  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements across the accounting function.
  • Own key accounting areas and maintain alignment with US GAAP standards.

דרישות

  • Certified CPA with a degree in accounting or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or in a similar role, following Big Four internship experience.
  • Hands-on experience with full monthly close processes.
  • Experience in a multi-entity environment.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company.
  • Familiarity with automation tools or AI-based workflows.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
