Manage financial reporting, accounting operations, audits, tax reporting, internal controls, and process improvements for a shared services organization in Bnei Brak, Israel.

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual month-end close reporting
- Upload financial data into the HFM system
- Prepare and present balance sheet reviews and variance analyses to senior management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with Israeli GAAP and applicable regulations
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Maintain internal controls and financial reporting integrity
- Manage tax reporting and ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
- Support finance and operations teams with accurate reporting
- Provide ad hoc financial information and analysis to operational managers
- Improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy
דרישות
- CPA qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Two to three years of experience as a financial controller, accounting manager, or auditor
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Fluent English
