Own financial planning, accounting coordination, compliance, operational efficiency, and SaaS infrastructure management for a scaling technology company.

תחומי אחריות

  • Own budgeting, monthly financial tracking, long-term planning, and quarterly forecasting
  • Monitor cash flow and KPIs and provide financial insights to management
  • Build and maintain financial dashboards
  • Coordinate bookkeeping, payroll, and IL/US tax reporting
  • Oversee internal audits and compliance activities, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001
  • Manage SaaS procurement, licenses, usage audits, and vendor relationships
  • Automate manual financial and operational workflows
  • Manage vendor contracts, customer agreements, and compliance documentation
  • Improve onboarding procedures and internal operational processes

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of finance or operations experience
  • Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting skills
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with financial models, dashboards, SaaS or vendor management, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to manage end-to-end responsibilities with minimal supervision
