On-site Controller role in Israel responsible for financial close, accounting operations, internal controls, subsidiary accounting, payroll, audit coordination, and tax reporting.

תחומי אחריות

  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and workflows.
  • Oversee bookkeeping activities, verify accuracy, and reconcile accounts.
  • Oversee accounting, local compliance, payroll, and financial reporting for foreign subsidiaries.
  • Manage accounts payable, cash flow, banking transactions, payments, billing, and VAT returns.
  • Coordinate payroll with the external payroll bureau.
  • Work with external auditors and prepare annual financial statements and tax reports.
  • Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects.

דרישות

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar position within the hi-tech industry.
  • Internship at a Big Four accounting firm.
  • Hands-on knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Advanced ERP systems knowledge; NetSuite experience is advantageous.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including inventory-related workflows.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
