Lead core financial operations for a private credit platform in Tel Aviv, including financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, compliance, audit support, and process improvement.

תחומי אחריות

  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for management companies in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
  • Oversee general ledger management, journal entries, account reconciliations, and ongoing accounting processes.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with the VP Finance.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, company policies, and internal control procedures.
  • Support annual audits and tax compliance and reporting.
  • Prepare internal financial reports, budget-versus-actual analyses, and management reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and support payment processes.
  • Improve financial systems, tools, and workflows.

דרישות

  • CPA qualification from a Big Four accounting firm.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Israeli accounting regulations.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Priority, or similar financial systems.
