Own accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely statutory, group and tax reporting under applicable laws and group procedures. The role is based in Israel and follows a hybrid working model with flexible hours.

- Coordinate the accounting team and oversee operational accounting processes
- Prepare statutory financial statements and tax reports in accordance with legal requirements
- Prepare IFRS group reports according to reporting rules and schedules
- Present reports and analysis in balance sheet and financial review meetings
- Coordinate internal controls with the relevant team
- Support internal and external audits, including tax audits, and liaise with banks and government institutions
- Identify and monitor accounting and tax risks
- Advise the accounting team and coordinate with finance, tax, treasury and billing teams
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis
- Develop the accounting team and improve its performance
- Participate in country-level and local projects, including those driven by legal requirements
- Support finance transformation and standardization initiatives
- Monitor changes in accounting and tax legislation
דרישות
- University degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of local and IFRS accounting standards
- Knowledge of local tax legislation
- Excellent English
