Manage day-to-day accounting operations and help build scalable processes, controls, and systems. Use technology and automation to improve finance workflows in a hybrid role combining remote and in-office work.

- Manage core accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle bookkeeping, statutory reporting, VAT, withholding tax, vendor and customer accounting, reconciliations, and payments.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journal entries, supporting schedules, consolidated statements, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer billing, employee expenses, fixed assets, and cash reconciliations.
- Coordinate payroll with external providers and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Work with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, FP&A, and business stakeholders on reporting, compliance, and financial visibility.
- Maintain accounting documentation and support internal controls.
- Develop scalable accounting processes and improve finance systems and workflows using automation and AI.

- Certified Bookkeeper, Type 2 or Type 3.
- At least 5 years of hands-on bookkeeping and accounting experience.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
- Knowledge of Israeli bookkeeping practices, VAT, tax authority reporting, and statutory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with accounting operations and month-end close, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and expense management.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP and accounting systems.
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills.
