Full-time, on-site bookkeeping position at a chemical manufacturing facility in northern Israel. The role reports to the bookkeeping manager and supports general accounting operations.

תחומי אחריות

  • Enter supplier invoices from Israel and abroad
  • Prepare supplier payments and payment files
  • Coordinate with procurement, human resources, planning, export, and import departments
  • Record monthly accounting provisions
  • Perform general bookkeeping and dynamic accounting tasks
  • Reconcile supplier accounts
  • Monitor and investigate unusual expenses
  • Perform analytical reviews of selected ledger accounts
  • Extract system data for monthly reports

דרישות

  • At least two years of bookkeeping experience
  • Education or training in bookkeeping
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

יתרון

  • Bookkeeping certification, preferably Type 3
  • Experience with Priority ERP
