Finance role for a newly qualified CPA moving from Big Four audit or advisory into an in-house position. The role supports accounting, close, reporting, cost analysis, revenue accounting, and audits, with opportunities to grow into broader financial-reporting ownership.

- Support the month-end close, including balance-sheet and P&L reviews and reconciliations.
- Assist with consolidated financial statements and financial reporting.
- Perform bank-account and credit-card reconciliations and review employee expense reports.
- Analyze costs and spending, identify unusual items and budget variances, and report findings.
- Maintain the chart of accounts and verify coding across cost centers, projects, and expense categories.
- Support accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, payroll entries, intercompany transactions, and other general accounting activities.
- Assist with VAT reporting and payments to authorities.
- Support annual audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
- Guide and oversee bookkeeping staff on day-to-day transactions.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a reputable academic institution.
- Completed CPA training at a Big Four accounting firm in audit or advisory.
- Proficiency in English across writing, reading, and speaking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong motivation, work ethic, analytical judgment, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maturity.
