A fast-growing global software company is seeking an Assistant Controller to own key accounting and financial operations activities, support reporting and audits, and improve processes as the business scales.

- Support group month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, tax, reporting, and related financial operations
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and support audits
- Handle tax accounting, statutory reporting, and compliance
- Own lease accounting calculations and implementation under ASC 842
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Prepare and analyze financial data and internal reports
- Assist with corporate workpapers, banking, lease, and other reporting matters
- Respond to internal and external financial inquiries
- Develop and improve financial processes, controls, and metrics
דרישות
- CPA with at least four years of Big Four experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including US GAAP
- Knowledge of Israeli and global tax compliance and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and lookups
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach suited to a fast-paced environment
- Strong business partnering and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent English
