A growing mobile games company is seeking a meticulous Accounts Assistant to maintain accurate books, support the monthly close, manage local compliance activities, and improve day-to-day finance processes.

- Maintain the general ledger, including journals, accruals, and prepayments.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoices, payments, receipts, and credit notes.
- Complete bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and documentation for the monthly close.
- Maintain accurate ledger records and audit trails.
- Prepare routine Israeli entity filings, including VAT and withholding tax returns, with external accountants and advisors.
- Provide schedules and supporting documentation for the annual audit.
- Record payroll accounting entries and process employee expense claims.
- Use finance systems to maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping.
- Support finance data accuracy and help improve routine processes.
דרישות
- Proven experience maintaining a full set of books in a busy finance function.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and VAT reporting.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using accounting software.
- Fluent Hebrew for daily work with local advisors, payroll, and authorities.
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach to deadlines.

- Experience in game development, mobile apps, SaaS, or another technology business.
- Experience with NetSuite, Xero, Hashavshevet, or similar tools.
- Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency international group.
- Exposure to automating routine finance workflows.
