- Own features and technical initiatives from idea through production.
- Translate product and business requirements into clear engineering briefs.
- Direct and collaborate with autonomous coding agents.
- Review AI-generated specifications, architecture, and code.
- Make technical and architectural decisions.
- Ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability before code is merged.
- Identify opportunities to improve development processes with agentic workflows.
- Improve collaboration between engineers and autonomous agents.
- Work with leadership and product teams while contributing hands-on.

- Strong backend and software engineering experience.
- Deep understanding of system design and software architecture.
- Strong experience with production environments.
- Sound engineering judgment and ability to critically assess technical solutions.
- Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
- Hands-on approach to complex engineering challenges.

- Experience with LLMs, AI coding tools, autonomous agents, or Agentic AI workflows.
