Define the architecture and roadmap for embedded software on programmable networking accelerators. Work across hardware, firmware, software, SDK, and compiler teams to establish scalable, secure software foundations.

- Set the vision, architecture, and roadmap for embedded RISC-V networking accelerator software across networking platforms.
- Architect end-to-end embedded program flows spanning SDKs, RTOS, firmware, compilation, packaging, signing, registration, deployment, and loading.
- Define interfaces, abstractions, and APIs for embedded programs.
- Build proofs of concept and guide technical investigations; use data-driven analysis to validate architecture decisions.
- Identify infrastructure gaps and translate product requirements into architecture plans and implementation priorities.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- More than five years of direct experience in embedded software development or low-level software architecture.
- Extensive experience in system software, infrastructure, runtime architecture, or platform software for complex hardware/software products.
- Strong understanding of toolchains, compilers, binary formats, runtime loading, execution environments, performance optimization, and memory-conscious system design.
- Experience across multiple layers, such as architecture, firmware, SDKs, compilers, operating systems or RTOS, and host software.
- Ability to turn requirements into architecture, technical direction, and implementation plans across distributed teams.

- Experience with networking systems, packet processing, RDMA, transport protocols, or NIC software and firmware interfaces.
- Experience with programmable networking, smart NICs, embedded accelerators, or RISC-V execution environments.
- Background in compiler and toolchain flows, ELF and binary formats, signing and verification, or embedded program lifecycle infrastructure.
- Experience with RTOS integration, board bring-up, BSP or driver development, or secure software delivery.
