A leading semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a Senior CPU Power Architect in Haifa to define next-generation CPU power-management architecture across hardware, software, operating system, driver, and platform components. The role uses a hybrid work model.

- Define active and idle power-management solutions for next-generation CPUs.
- Specify interactions among the operating system, drivers, and platform components.
- Develop architectural specifications for CPU power handling, power delivery, and energy-efficiency schemes.
- Initiate, guide, and coordinate the design of new technologies and products.
- Drive implementation and post-silicon activation of power-management features.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience writing or defining software using C, C++, Python, or C#, or experience with chip design, electrical components, logical flows, or CPU architecture.
- Deep understanding of system architecture and contemporary CPU design for PC or mobile devices.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical groups and work through ambiguity.
