- Lead discovery, design, development, and validation of modernization solutions
- Identify and resolve systemic architectural challenges across the platform
- Build shared solutions, tooling, and reusable engineering patterns
- Unblock critical initiatives across product teams
- Set technical direction and drive adoption of platform solutions
- Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams
- Shape the priorities, ways of working, and engineering culture of a new team
דרישות
- At least 4 years of team leadership experience
- At least 6 years of backend development experience
- At least 6 years of advanced SQL experience with MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
- At least 4 years of NoSQL database experience
- Experience building SaaS platforms for cloud-based products
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes
- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka
- Experience developing microservices
- Experience using AI tools to improve engineering velocity and quality
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Strong cloud and software architecture expertise
- Ability to lead ambiguous, cross-team initiatives and influence stakeholders
