Lead the architecture, governance, and integration strategy for an enterprise AI program. Define how AI agents connect to business platforms, establish production controls, guide delivery, and manage AI platform engineering resources.

- Own the enterprise AI integration strategy and multi-year architecture roadmap.
- Create reference architectures, design patterns, decision records, and enterprise system architecture standards.
- Lead proof-of-concept evaluations and translate business needs into sequenced AI use cases.
- Design and govern the Workato eMCP layer, including persona-scoped tokens, workspace isolation, and sanctioned agent actions.
- Define integration patterns connecting AI models with Salesforce, NetSuite, HiBob, Jira, and other enterprise systems.
- Oversee APIs, event-driven architectures, middleware, agentic workflows, data transformation, and natural-language interfaces.
- Set non-functional requirements for latency, security, auditability, and model monitoring.
- Establish MLOps and LLMOps practices for versioning, observability, and rollback.
- Translate AI governance into runtime controls, intake processes, impact assessments, approval gates, and audit trails.
- Partner with security, compliance, and governance stakeholders on privacy, regulatory, and responsible-AI controls.
- Manage and mentor AI Platform Engineers and set guardrails for citizen-developed workflows.
- Conduct architecture reviews, resolve complex technical blockers, and advise enterprise technology leadership.

- 8+ years in enterprise solutions architecture, systems integration, or a related discipline.
- Deep hands-on experience with Workato or a comparable enterprise iPaaS platform.
- Production experience integrating CRM, ERP, and iPaaS platforms; Salesforce and NetSuite experience are preferred.
- Production experience deploying AI or machine-learning capabilities, such as agentic systems, LLM workflows, predictive analytics, or intelligent document processing.
- Strong knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs, event streaming, ETL/ELT, webhooks, and API security.
- Experience designing integration governance, access controls, audit logging, approval workflows, and token management.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol or production AI-to-enterprise-system integrations.
- Experience leading distributed technical teams and communicating architecture to executives and engineers.
- Experience with AI-related audit and management frameworks, including ISO 42001, ISO 27001, or SOC 2.

- Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, or enterprise fine-tuning workflows.
- Knowledge of NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act considerations, privacy controls, and secure SDLC practices.
- Cloud or enterprise platform certifications.
- Experience designing citizen development programs and promotion controls.
- Background in cybersecurity, network security, compliance, or regulated industries.
