- Improve privacy triage and review processes

- Contribute to company-wide privacy strategy
- Hire, mentor, and develop privacy engineers
- Coordinate high-stakes work across multiple teams
דרישות
- 10+ years leading privacy reviews, audits, or technical privacy programs at a consumer-facing product company with more than one million users
- 4+ years of privacy engineering leadership experience, including infrastructure tools, data minimization systems, or comparable privacy-preserving solutions
- Director-, Head-, or VP-level experience with direct management and hiring responsibilities
- Experience owning complex, cross-functional projects with minimal direction
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate privacy principles into practical engineering decisions
- Experience improving organizational processes through bottleneck identification, automation, and scalable review systems
- Passion for privacy and improving online trust
