Technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automated test solutions for regulated product development. The role supports verification and validation, investigates failures, improves test efficiency, and mentors less experienced engineers.

- Design automated solutions for functional, performance, and system-level requirements
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts and frameworks
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results
- Investigate failures and distinguish product defects, environmental issues, and script problems
- Document and communicate defects
- Develop test cases, protocols, and automated verification procedures
- Maintain traceability between requirements, risks, and verification activities
- Support design verification and validation activities
- Perform manual testing when automation is not practical
- Review requirements and test coverage
- Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
- Maintain automation documentation
- Mentor less experienced engineers
- Improve test efficiency, coverage, maintainability, and automation standards
- Collaborate with software, systems, quality, and product teams
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, test automation, test engineering, or a related technical role
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test solutions
- Experience in regulated industries, preferably medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences
- Experience across the product development lifecycle, including verification and validation
- Strong object-oriented programming experience, preferably with C#
- Experience with Ranorex or equivalent automation platforms
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and verification principles
- Understanding of requirements management, defect tracking, configuration management, and software verification and validation processes
- Experience writing test cases, protocols, and traceability documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes
- Proficient written and verbal English
